Tend & Settle is not a sound bath. It's not a yoga class. It's not a workshop.
It's an entire afternoon and evening designed to move your body out of survival mode and into deep, cellular rest — held inside a 100-year-old cobblestone cottage in the heart of Medicine Park, Oklahoma, steps from Bath Lake and the Wichita Mountains.
You know the feeling. Running on empty. Doing everything for everyone. So disconnected from your own body you can barely feel it anymore. Always braced for the next thing. This is the day you come home to yourself.

You arrive at 4:00 PM. The door is open. There is something warm to drink and light grazing snacks, prepared by a very special chef, available throughout the entire afternoon and evening.

Full afternoon and evening experience, 4:30–7:30 PM. Somatic movement, sound bath, nourishment, journaling, and closing ceremony. Light grazing snacks throughout. Home before dark.
