A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. 2. **Cancelling or Rescheduling:** Clients must cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. 3. **Late Cancellations:** If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, no refunds will be issued. 4. **No-Shows:** Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in no refund. 5. **Refunds:** There are no refunds on services provided. Once a session has been conducted, refunds will not be issued. 6. **Exceptions:** In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss options. 7. **Rescheduling:** Clients may reschedule their appointment based on availability.
