Following the sound bath, intuitive crystal placement will be used to support chakra alignment and clear blockages. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. 3. **Late Cancellations:** If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, no refunds will be issued. 4. **No-Shows:** Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in no refund. 5. **Refunds:** There are no refunds on services provided. Once a session has been conducted, refunds will not be issued. 6. **Exceptions:** In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss options. 7. **Rescheduling:** Clients may reschedule their appointment based on availability.
