This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. 3. **Late Cancellations:** If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, no refunds will be issued. 4. **No-Shows:** Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in no refund. 5. **Refunds:** There are no refunds on services provided.
