From my great-grandmother, who serves as my spirit guide, to my Mimi, their love and teachings have woven a rich tapestry of knowledge that flows through me.

In it, you see my great-grandmother and my Mimi—two women who have shaped the very essence of who I am. Though I never had the chance to meet my great-grandmother in this lifetime, I feel her presence, and her spirit continues to guide me in everything I do.
Honoring my ancestors, and all those who have come before me, is woven into every part of my life and my work. I honor them not only through my own healing and growth but also through the work I do with other women.
