Each gathering is designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and feel grounded through sound, reflection, and conversation that nourishes the whole self. Private Sound Symphony A signature 60-minute sound immersion curated for your small group. Perfect for home gatherings, retreats, birthdays, or mindful celebrations. Includes: Guided entry + closing meditation, full sound setup, and integration reflection. Investment: $250 for up to 8 guests | $20 per additional guest | $50 travel fee Women’s Gathering or Circle A heart-centered evening of intention, reflection, and shared connection. We open with herbal tea and intention setting, move into journaling and guided reflection, and close with a gentle sound journey that brings everything full circle. Investment: $200 for up to 10 guests | $20 per additional guest | $50 travel fee Private Sound Bath A personalized sound experience for individuals or smaller groups seeking deep rest and restoration. Investment: $125 for 60 minutes | $50 travel fee Optional Enhancements Herbal tea ceremony – $40 Journaling + reflection prompts – $25 Mini intention candle or oil – $10 per person All gatherings include setup, facilitation, and teardown. Cancellation Policy
**Booking, Cancelling, and Rescheduling Policy** Thank you for choosing Lindsi Lou's Reiki services. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please familiarize yourself with our booking, cancelling, and rescheduling policy: 1. **Booking a Session:** Appointments can be booked online or by contacting us directly. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. 2. **Cancelling or Rescheduling:** Clients must cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. 3. **Late Cancellations:** If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, no refunds will be issued. 4. **No-Shows:** Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in no refund. 5. **Refunds:** There are no refunds on services provided. Once a session has been conducted, refunds will not be issued. No refunds issued after 90 days.
