Service Description
This is not your average massage or sound bath. This is a full-body ceremony created to restore your nervous system, reconnect you with your breath, and support emotional and energetic healing. This session is co-facilitated by Lindsi Lou, certified Sound Alchemist and Reiki Practitioner, and your choice of massage therapist: Raschelle Majors or Paige Grellner. What’s Included: - Grounding breathwork and intention setting - Herbal tea and guided meditation - Full-body therapeutic massage - Live sound immersion with tuning forks, singing bowls, and chimes - Energy balancing and intuitive sound recalibration Lindsi works with sound around the body as your chosen therapist provides massage, helping you enter deep states of rest. Many clients drop into Yoga Nidra, where healing happens at a cellular level. Choose Your Massage Style: Include your preferred therapist’s name in the booking notes. Unsure who to choose? Lindsi can intuitively pair you. Raschelle Majors offers intuitive, trauma-informed bodywork that includes ancestral connection and womb healing. Clients often receive spiritual messages or feel a deep release linked to lineage and memory. Her sessions are soft, powerful, and guided by water and spirit. Paige Grellner blends fascia-focused massage with nervous system support using scent and breath. She specializes in stress recovery and trauma release through the TerpSense Method, helping the body unwind stored tension and return to regulation. Need Help Choosing? If you seek emotional release, ancestral insight, or womb work, Raschelle is ideal. If you need fascia relief, scent-based healing, or stress recovery, choose Paige. You can't make a "wrong" choice here, they are both divine. Plus there is always your next session booking available for the other weaver. Availability : Tuesdays through Thursdays, 4 to 6 PM. Select Fridays and Saturdays available by request. Investment: $222 dollars per session. Pre-booking required. FAQs No sound healing experience needed. Gift sessions are welcome. Wear comfy clothes and bring a journal. We begin and end with space to share but most of the session is quiet and restorative. This is a solo experience designed to support your return to self.
Cancellation Policy
**Booking, Cancelling, and Rescheduling Policy** Thank you for choosing Lindsi Lou's Reiki services. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please familiarize yourself with our booking, cancelling, and rescheduling policy: 1. **Booking a Session:** Appointments can be booked online or by contacting us directly. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. 2. **Cancelling or Rescheduling:** Clients must cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. 3. **Late Cancellations:** If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, no refunds will be issued. 4. **No-Shows:** Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in no refund. 5. **Refunds:** There are no refunds on services provided. Once a session has been conducted, refunds will not be issued. 6. **Exceptions:** In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss options. 7. **Rescheduling:** Clients may reschedule their appointment based on availability. A rescheduling fee may apply if done repeatedly. 8. **Arrival Time:** Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate other clients. 9. **Health and Safety:** We prioritize the health and safety of our clients.
