The Return Journey (3 Sessions)

Service Description

This is a 3-session private journey. After purchase, you’ll receive an email to schedule your sessions directly with me. Sessions are booked individually and spaced intentionally to support regulation and integration. The Return Journey is a curated sequence of three private sound and energy sessions designed to support nervous system regulation, embodied awareness, and sustained integration over time. While a single session can be deeply restorative, working in a short series allows your system to build trust, settle more fully, and integrate changes gradually rather than starting over each time. This journey is ideal for those who want continued support without rushing or intensity. Each session is guided intuitively and may include sound therapy, subtle energy work, guided rest, and spacious integration. The pace and flow are responsive to what unfolds in your body and nervous system, with regulation and safety as the foundation. This journey is especially supportive during periods of transition, ongoing stress, emotional fatigue, or when you’re seeking a more embodied and consistent relationship with this work.
