About the event
Before the year slips away, we’re gathering for one final, heart-centered Sound & Yoga experience — a closing ceremony for 2025 and a collective celebration of everything we’ve moved through, released, and grown into.
This isn’t just another class. It’s our last Sound & Yoga of the year — a soft, intentional send-off to 2025 and a beautiful welcoming of the frequency we want to carry into 2026.
We’ll open our evening in circle with warm herbal tea and a simple, meaningful New-Year intention activity (supplies included). This practice helps you gently release the weight of the year and name — clearly and confidently — what you’re calling forward in 2026.
Then Rachel Carter will guide you through a mindful Slow Burn yoga flow, helping you shake off the stagnant energy of 2025, reconnect with your body, and soften your nervous system so you can receive deeply.
