Imagine walking into a softly lit room, the air warm with the aroma of herbs steeping in handcrafted tea, candles dancing gently along the walls. Yoga mats and cushions await you in a circle, welcoming your body into rest, your mind into ease, and your spirit into remembrance.
This is your invitation into 90 minutes of intentional, sensory healing—a space where sound, tea, breath, and community weave together to nourish every layer of your being.
Each month, we gather beneath the glow of candlelight to experience the transformative medicine of sound. Through crystal singing bowls, reiki-infused vibrations, chimes, and intentional frequencies, we drop into a space beyond words—a space where the body remembers how to relax and the nervous system has permission to reset.
