This September, we invite you into something brand new — a first-ever collaboration between two colorful souls, both celebrating their birthdays, both passionate about creating experiences that awaken the body, soothe the mind, and uplift the spirit.
At Freebirds Co-Op at 36th Square, the space will come alive with glowing bowls, vibrant mats, and radiant energy. Every detail has been chosen to reflect the spirit of celebration — because this isn’t just a class, it’s a living, breathing ceremony of life, movement, sound, and community.
