About the event
Steep & Sleep is an intimate 90-minute restorative sound experience designed to soothe the nervous system, quiet the mind, and invite deep rest. This expanded format includes a grounding herbal tea welcome, guided intention-setting, and extended immersion in crystalline sound. You’ll leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more attuned—no prior experience needed.
Session Flow
Arrival & Herbal Tea : Settle into the space with a soothing herbal tea blend while you anchor a simple intention for your practice.
Facilitator Welcome : Meet Lindsi Lou—sound practitioner and nervous system guide with a background in somatic wellness and energy work.
Introduction to Sound : Learn the science of how sound regulates brainwaves, calms the body, and supports emotional balance.
Grounding Breathwork : Gentle breath practice to shift into parasympathetic (rest-and-digest) mode.
