Steep & Sleep: Your Weekly 90-Minute Tea + Sound Bath Reset

Steep & Sleep is an intimate 90-minute restorative sound experience designed to soothe the nervous system, quiet the mind, and invite deep, nourishing rest. This expanded gathering offers space to slow down, arrive gently, and be held in community — without pressure, performance, or expectation. No prior experience with sound healing or meditation is needed.

The evening begins with a grounding herbal tea welcome, creating a soft landing into the space and a moment to release the pace of the day. As you settle in, you’ll be guided to anchor a simple intention and allow your body to shift out of “doing” and into rest. Gentle breath and guided meditation support the nervous system in moving toward parasympathetic (rest-and-digest) mode, preparing the body and mind to receive sound with ease.
