What to Expect:From the moment you enter, you’ll be welcomed into a warm and serene space filled with soft lighting and calming aromas. After settling in, we’ll begin with a grounding meditation to help you release the day’s tension and connect with the present moment.
As you lie comfortably, enveloped by soothing blankets and cushions, you’ll be immersed in a meditative soundscape featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other sacred instruments. Each note and vibration is intentionally played to calm your central nervous system, restore balance, and help you access inner peace.
