Take a journey of relaxation, healing, and energy renewal with our Weekly Sound Bath Sessions every Wednesday from 5:15 PM to 6:00 PM. These 45-minute sessions offer a unique and immersive experience designed to calm the mind, restore balance, and promote deep relaxation through the power of sound.
In these sessions, you’ll be surrounded by healing vibrations from crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other sacred instruments. These sounds work to gently guide you into a meditative state, helping to reduce stress, release emotional blockages, and restore your body's natural harmony.
