Step into a space intentionally designed for deep rest and reconnection — where candlelight glows softly, the air feels grounded, and the nervous system is invited to exhale. This is an evening to slow down, soften, and return to yourself in the company of others doing the same.
We’ll begin gathered in circle, sharing a warm cup of herbal tea infused with rose, lavender, and lemongrass — a simple, grounding ritual to help you release the day and arrive fully. As you sip, you’ll be gently guided to settle into presence and set an intention for the evening.
From there, Rachel Carter will lead a mindful Slow Burn yoga flow — a grounding, accessible sequence designed to reconnect you with your body through gentle movement and breath. This practice invites openness without force, allowing tension to melt away as your body finds its natural rhythm.
