Guiding you are two women who bring their own magic into the space:
Rachel Carter — yoga instructor, stylist, mom, Mimi, and owner of Vibe Beauty Bar. Rachel’s teaching blends Slow Burn flow and Power Flow sequencing, weaving mindful movement with breath to help you feel stronger, more flexible, and deeply centered. Her passion lies in empowering others to build confidence and balance on and off the mat.
