Service Description
The Return is a deeply restorative private experience designed to help you slow down, reset, and come back into balance. This session supports the nervous system, emotional body, and energetic field through a blend of sound, stillness, and intuitive energy work. Each immersion is guided based on what your body and system need that day. This session may include: * Grounding breathwork to settle the nervous system * Guided rest or meditation * Sound frequency therapy (bowls, chimes, and other instruments) * Intuitive energetic clearing and balancing * Time for integration and deep rest The Return is supportive for: * stress, burnout, and overwhelm * emotional processing and regulation * nervous system fatigue * major life transitions or periods of change * those seeking deep rest and recalibration You don’t need to know what you need going in. This experience is designed to meet you where you are and guide you back to yourself.
Cancellation Policy
**Booking, Cancelling, and Rescheduling Policy** Thank you for choosing Lindsi Lou's Reiki services. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please familiarize yourself with our booking, cancelling, and rescheduling policy: 1. **Booking a Session:** Appointments can be booked online or by contacting us directly. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. 2. **Cancelling or Rescheduling:** Clients must cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. 3. **Late Cancellations:** If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, no refunds will be issued. 4. **No-Shows:** Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in no refund. 5. **Refunds:** There are no refunds on services provided. Once a session has been conducted, refunds will not be issued. No refunds issued after 90 days.
